Returns, Cancellations & Authenticity Policy

At Pokemorning, we aim to ensure your satisfaction and confidence with every order. Please review the following policies before purchasing:

🚫 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before confirming purchase.

🔄 Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

🛡️ Authenticity Guarantee & Counterfeit Concerns

We only sell products we believe to be 100% authentic.

If you suspect an item is counterfeit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Once the item is returned:

    • If it is confirmed counterfeit, we’ll issue a full refund.

    • If it is confirmed authentic, we’ll refund the item minus return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
